Job Description / Responsibility
Meet student queries about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved in a professional manner and follow-up with students and their guardians for any inquiries through one on one meetings, phone calls and emails.
Representing the university and being the first point of contact for prospective students
Analyze applications of prospective candidates based on standard admission policies.
Provide administrative assistance with recruitment activities, entrance test, admission publications, and information sessions.
Assist in arranging and participating in all recruitment events, fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, college & polytechnic institute visits and off-campus events.
Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
Assist in preparing & maintaining all sorts of documentation & file in various stages of the admission procedure.
Contribute to the creation of promotional literature for the admission office.
Performing other duties/projects as assigned by the Head of Admission, or other senior GUB members.
Master's degree in any discipline or MBA from a recognized University.
Fluency in English and Bengali, both speaking & writing is must.
Good interpersonal & Communication skill.
Ability to collect, analyze and manage data.
Ability to understand, articulates, and promotes the vision and mission of GUB
Excellence computer skills with regard to docs, slides, spreadsheets, databases and web pages.

Minimum 1/2 year admissions or related student services experience in any reputed private university in Bangladesh. Minimum requirement of education and experience can be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
